Description of the duties of the director of the educational department based on Article 39 of the Regulations of the Management of Universities and Higher Education Institutions

A- Preparation of the implementation program of educational and research tasks and services provided by the group based on the policy of the school council in consultation with the group members before the beginning of the academic semester and reporting it to the school president.

B- Communicating the implementation plans of the educational, research and service duties of each member of the group.

C- Supervising all educational and research activities and group services.

D- Preparation of the course schedule for each semester with the cooperation of the group members and submitting it to the head of the school.

E- Continually revising the plans according to the latest developments and changes and developments and submitting these plans to the relevant authorities.

F- Establishing and managing group council meetings and sending work reports, approvals, suggestions and group theories to the head of the school or training school for executive coordination or during legal procedures and notification of directives and regulations and approvals sent by the head of the school or training school.

G- Proposing the financial needs of the group to the head of the school.

H- Carrying out all the official correspondence of the group and proposing the provision of supplies, books, and publications needed by the group to the head of the school or training school.

I- Proposal of research projects that Rasa's group is ready to carry out with the cooperation of other groups to the head of the school or training school for approval in the university's research council.
J- Evaluating the annual work of group members and reporting it to the head of the school.
 
Description of the duties of the manager of the social work training group
 
1. Supervision of all educational, research and service activities in the group.
2. Evaluating the annual work of group members and reporting it to the head of the school.
3. Preparation of the course schedule for each semester with the cooperation of the group members and submitting it to the head of the school.
4. Continuously revising the programs according to the latest developments and changes and developments and submitting these programs to the relevant authorities.
5. Proposing the financial needs of the group to the head of the school.
 6.Commenting on the scholarships, study opportunities and missions of the group members and proposing it to the head of the school.
7. Proposing the recruitment of faculty members to the head of the school.
8. Coordinating educational and research activities in the relevant field.
9. Supervising the presentation of courses and the selection of textbooks.
10. Scientific support for valuable research projects presented by academic faculty members.
11. Guiding research affairs and supervising their good performance.
12. Regular formation of educational, research and executive meetings of the group council.
13. Presenting proposals for scientific collaborations with other internal and external educational or research institutions under the leadership of the school.
14. Commenting on the participation of group members in annual international conferences (domestic and foreign) and proposing it to the head of the school.
15. Providing suggestions about the topics and research priorities in the group.
16. Finding suitable solutions to create more communication between clinical groups and basic sciences.
17. Efforts for comprehensive promotion of the honorable members of the scientific faculty of the group.
18. Reflecting the problems of the group, including the problems of human resources, equipment and process problems of the group to the head of the school.
19. Identifying facilities and facilities inside and outside the university and trying to attract them for the promotion of the group.
20. Holding regular meetings of the decision-making committees in the group.
